The founders of Curious Leaders Circle recognize this fundamental trait and embarked on a journey to create a platform, which not only acknowledges the importance of curiosity in leadership but actively cultivates and champions it.

Drawing from diverse fields and backgrounds, the founders share a unified belief in the potential of curiosity to break down barriers, challenge the status quo, and propel organizations and individuals toward better performance and results.

Pearl’s curiosity with what makes people behave the way they do often led her to reinvent previously established customs, challenging and re-setting norms along the way. Wayne explores and refines using curiosity to fuel broad workplace engagement and so drive business performance.

The movement is rooted in the understanding that curiosity is not just an innate trait but a skill that can be honed, refined, and incorporated into leadership to yield tangible improvements in performance, problem-solving, and overall outcomes.

Through a combination of curated resources, thought-provoking events, interactive workshops, and insightful collaborations, Curious Leaders Circle aims to enable leaders at all levels to discover untapped potential within themselves and their teams.
